Laura Milan has been invited to write an article on the new Lavazza headquarters in Turin, for “Domus” June 2018 curated by Fulvio Irace focused on the best Italian factories and manufactures, and on their relationship with the territories where the work takes place.

A strategic but difficult neighbourhood called Borgo Aurora; a historic company, Lavazza, seeking to emphatically restate its ties with Turin with a 120-million-euro investment; a large existing building ripe for redevelopment, the former Enel power station in Via Bologna; and a competition held by invitation and won in 2010 by Cino Zucchi Architetti for one of the city’s most important regeneration projects.
